
The Endura is fitted with a specialist modular belt, which negates the need for tracking and reduces the need for replacement, therefore offering an extended life span.
Customer requirements have as always been taken into account in the design of the Endura, as the modules are available in any length to suit our customers’ individual needs. In addition, its simplistic design means it is easy to install and the belt segments can be replaced quickly, with minimal downtime.


It has roller bearings fitted inboard, which can be easily removed from the top side of the conveyor allowing quick maintenance. The Endura 2 is fitted with a specialist modular belt, which negates the need for tracking and reduces the need for replacement, therefore offering an extended life span.
Herbert Systems has taken into account the importance of environmental issues in the design of the Endura 2. The conveyor is made from recyclable components throughout.

The system can be equipped with multiple ejection points to allow multiple line feeds and with twin belt systems, to allow ejection on both sides.
The Ejecta is available in a range of widths and lengths to suit most applications and is able to handle both large and small products. The system is fitted with the latest angled roller belt technology to provide smooth product transfer with no jamming points.

This unique conveyor offers a belt change time of less than 10 minutes and as only one person is required to carry out the belt replacement, it ensures minimum downtime and significant savings on annual maintenance costs.
In addition, the Optima provides the flexibility demanded by our customers and can be manufactured in any length, with incline and decline models also available.
